Giorgio Armani ranks #127 on Forbes 2012 World's Billionaire List

The boy from Piancenza has indeed come along way. Forbes has released its annual ranking of the worlds billionaires today and the 77 year old designer, who's first job in the industry was as a window dresser, came in at #127 with a net worth of $ 7.2 billion. Other designers that made the list include Ralph Lauren and Miuccia Prada.

Bruce Wayne to wear Armani in 'The Dark Knight Rises'
Costume designer Linda Hemming confirms that character Bruce Wayne will once again be wearing Armani in 'The Dark Knight Rises' the latest installment of the Batman franchise starring Christian Bale.
"Christian Bale was in Armani in the last film and I used Armani again for character reasons. Bruce Wayne is himself playing a part: that of a wealthy man who owns an enormous company and so a luxury brand like Armani seemed the right choice..."(source: GQ.com)
