Created to showcase the designer's spring/summer 2012 collection One Plus One was directed by Luca Guadagnino and stars model Milou Van Groesen as the female lead and Diego Fragoso, and Viniccius Salesk as her pursuers. Interior scenes were filmed in the Museo del Violino in Cremona and the exterior sequences in Mantua and Cremona.
